Chef Mickey's

This was a fun experience.  This was one of the best Disney buffets we have been to.  The Parmesan mashed potatoes are a must try.  The Mickey shaped raviolis where also pretty good.  I had the carved turkey and my husband had the fish.  He said it was quite good.  I also liked the turkey and some cranberry sauce to go with.  The best dessert in either of our opinions was the key lime tart.  The characters did spend time at our table and would probably rank in top three out of character dining experience.  The number one spot still goes to Garden Grill with Chip and Dale, Farmer Mickey and Pluto though because it seems like the characters spent more time at your table.  Also the layout of Garden Grill to circler rows I think make it easier for the characters to spend time at the tables.

Darth Vader Cupcake!

Here is a Darth Vader cupcake that me and my husband shared that they offered during Star Wars Weekend it was chocolate and Peanut Butter.

Me and the Voice of Obi-Wan at Star Wars Weekend

Saturday May 21st I got to have my picture taken with James Arnold Taylor the voice of Obi-Wan Kenobi on the Star Wars:  The Clone Wars animated series as well as multiply other voices.  He was really nice and I loved the one man show Obi-Wan and Beyond he preformed at 6:00pm this last weekend I was able to catch it twice.

My gift to my Husband!

I hope he enjoyed it as much I enjoyed planning this surprise.  My husband is very hard to surprise.

Beautiful Gift from my Loving Husband!

This was the surprise my husband had for me as a gift in the room on anniversary.  This picture is beautiful but does not give the gift as much justice as it needs.  My husband is so sweet.  Here is to five years together.

This was my first two tier cake ever.  It was Ginger cake with white chocolate ganache and fondant.

Devine can be found at Disney's Animal Kingdom but  you will have to pay close attention because sometimes she blend in with the scenery.

First Lip Sync

This was the first lip sync animation I have ever done.  I used a audio clip from Memoirs of a Geisha.  The modeling, texturing and animation I did for a class.
